Edit to add to my initial review. Dr. Pliego and the entire MediHealth team have been absolutely exceptional. I first worked with them in August 2025, and the experience was so positive that I confidently returned again in January and once again, they exceeded every expectation. Dr. Pliego is truly the heart of MediHealth. Her communication is clear, honest, and incredibly consistent, which immediately puts you at ease during what can be a very stressful process. She coordinates every detail with precision. What truly sets her apart is her personal involvement. She genuinely cares, checked on me personally, and was always available when I had questions or concerns. I was also matched with an excellent plastic surgeon, Dr. Sandoval Macías, and I am extremely happy with my results. The pairing was perfect, and it’s clear that Dr. Pliego is very intentional about matching patients with surgeons she trusts and stands behind. From start to finish, both times, the care, coordination, and support were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pliego and MediHealth to anyone considering surgery. She coordinated everything from my hospital stay to the hotel and recovery house with precision and care. She even made multiple follow-up visits to the recovery house to check on me personally. I had a mommy makeover Nov17 and from the beginning of this journey Dr. Pliego has answered all my questioned and calmed my nerves. Dr.Gabriel Sandoval that did the procedures is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’m 3 months po and feel wonderful. My confidence is growing and can’t wait to see the end results.

I came from Texas in june of 2024. I was excited and scared to finally get the sleeve and start my new life. Medihealth was amazing in everything they did. Im absolutely not bi lingual and that fear of the language barrier was quickly resolved as i was met with bi lingual staff and doctors. The staff was so kind. I loved all of them. Dr. Romero was beyond wonderful. He kept a close eye on me at all times. I felt very safe and cared for. Im going to go back this August of 2025 for a one year visit ( not a requirement) just because i want them to see me in person the lady that came yo them at 411 lbs to almost 200 lbs. Im proud of of my accomplishments and without their skills they gave me hope and my dreams back. I had to do the work as well but they were a pivotal part in all of it. I made friends who are now family. Dr. Pilegro was an addition to getting me to Mexico and has stayed connected with me since day 1. So has Dr. Romero. They dont just send you home and say good luck...they send you home and go with you ( via phone,text,email) you are never alone. This place is amazing!!! Thank you Medihealth!!!

Tengo 21 años siempre e sido estado muy subida de peso desde pequeña me e sometido a dietas extremas tome pastillas teas cafés y de todo tipo de cosas y nunca logré bajar al peso que yo quería me decepionaba y subía el doble el 17 de junio de 2025 me operé en medí health México en Tijuana y fue la mejor decisión de mi vida los primeros días tienes miedo y me cuestione si iba valer la pena el sacrificio y pasar por el dolor pero el equipo del hospital es el mejor tuve una fantástica experiencia desde un día antes que llegué a Tijuana súper atentos yo empeze a cambiar mis abitos 3 meses antes de mi cirugía con consejos de la doctora pliego y hoy todavía no cumplo ni el primer mes es 8 de julio y ya llevo 60 libras en total bajadas ya veo un cambio enorme y me siento muy feliz ya uso tallas más pequeñas ya que por el lugar es que antes no cabía, ya me puedo subir al carro y me Puedo poner el cinturón bien Muchas cosas que antes no podía, es un cambio enormemente, y este sólo el principio le doy muchas gracias a Medí Health México por acompañarme en esta experiencia y quien sea que lea esto te prometo que no te arrepentirás si quieres un cambio esto es tu mejor opción ♥️

My sister and I both got mommy makeovers from Medihealth Mexico. Absolutely unexpected wonderful care. They did such a great job. From the pickup at the airport, to the hotel, Mariel and Gabriel met us there and chatted for an hour. The hospital was clean & friendly and lovely very nice nurses. The surgery team was kind and caring. I couldn't even believe that the surgeons came to visit us so much and even gave us their private cell phone numbers. The recovery home was absolutely excellent care. Felt so good to be taken care of. The nurses were amazing. And Dr Pliego was so kind and wonderful. I am very happy with the results. Highest recommendations.

I am a little over 6 weeks post op from having a tummy tuck (no lipo), and breast augmentation with a lift. From start to finish the attentiveness I received was amazing. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Gabriel Saldova listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! After having my third baby, I finally did something for myself and am so happy I did.
